We require non-rarefied .csv taxa count files for each group

  1. This software requires non-rarefied .csv taxa count files
  2. Rows must be samples and columns must be taxa/covariates in the microbiome/metadata file respectively.
  3. The first column must be a unique sample ID and match between the microbiome and metadata files.

If you do not have your own data or wish to use a sample dataset:

Steps to Start an Analysis:

  1. The first step is to browse to a taxa count file and a metadata file by clicking the 'browse' buttons. The red #2 and #3 show the browse buttons


  2. The final 2 steps are to name the data set (red #4) and click 'Submit Data Uploaded' (red #5).
